Welcome to our latest news section! Here we will provide frequent updates about the restaurants alongside other great content such as easy to follow recipes, staff profiles and interactive polls to help the customers become more involved in the direction we take as a company. Every now and then we will also include articles written by owners of the restaurant about the challenges and benefits of running the restaurants, in particular as we still struggle to emerge from the difficulty of the last few years.
First though what a day today is! Streets of Sydney have closed down Glebe Point Road in Glebe for the day (where our second restaurant is located) and we've already had the pleasure of sharing some of the best Italian food in Sydney with locals and travellers alike. With the night still to come we can't wait to be serving our pizza, pasta, arancini and tasty gelato to even more people. It also comes well timed as we have almost completed our planned upgrades to our beautiful outdoor dining area with the introduction today of our first fountain. If you are nearby come and say hello as both our owners will also be here tonight working alongside our devoted and amazing staff.
In other general news Collaroy is still going strong as one of the best and highest rated Italian Restaurants on the Northern Beaches, we have an amazing new manager in Clemente who would love for you to come and say hello, and our long awaited drinks menu (we know its probably the longest anyones ever taken to finally release one!) is less than one week away in both locations. As we ramp up operations leading into Christmas we can only hope to keep getting busier in order to help us grow our Glebe restaurant in Sydney's Inner West while maintaining the high standards of pizza, pasta, mains and service you have come to expect in Collaroy.
