We are so happy to have our tap beer finally in Glebe. We know the drinks menu is still delayed but we should have that coming out some time this week. As for the tap beer we have our locally brewed Crento Lager (brewed in Brookvale) and an amazing local American Pale Ale that we think everyone will love. Part of us trying to become the best Italian Restaurant in Sydney (or at least the Northern Beaches & Inner West for the time being!) includes showcasing some great local products, and we think this is a great start.
We have also almost finished the upgrades to the outdoor area with only a couple of additional things to get. With the fountains installed though the serenity is definitely there to be found during our quiet hours. We have also upgraded a few of our recipes with our Bolognese base getting even more flavour after some feedback in Glebe, and our Pizza Dough recipe receiving a very small tweak to improve the quality even further. We think you will all love it.
Finally we have released our new booking system for Collaroy which is in partnership with OpenTable. We think this is going to be so much easier for both the customers and us to use than our old one, and more importantly is the precursor to the release of our digital integrated loyalty program, which we have now released in small parts though will confirm a full release once we iron out the rest of the kinks.
